Since Takagi Co., Ltd. was established in 1961, we have been always pursuing our corporate philosophy ; "Contributing to the development of society and our communities, as well as providing people with a comfortable and affluent life".
Though we have faced many difficulties throughout our corporate history, we have realized numerous achievements
such as :
- Created a new market by developing and launching "Watering products", ahead of our competitors
- Started "Water purification" business from the ground up, resulting in acquiring top share in the
newly-constructed condominium market in Japan

These successes have been generated by the ingenuity and the strong will of all of our employees.
The driving force for our development and success lies with our highly trained and motivated work forces who have overflowing "passion for excellence", "high competency" and "positive thinking".

May 1961 23 Founded Takagi Precisiondies Co., Ltd. at Kokuraminami-ku, Kitakyushu City
Started plastic blow molding and die & mold manufacturing
May 1973 35 Obtained a pilot license for a single-engine airplane in California, USA

Sep. 1979 41 Won a chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Osaka prize at new product contest of the 20th Osaka Hardware Exhibition ( heating-oil pump with a tank )
Nov. 1979 41 Established Takagi Co., Ltd., aiming to become a own-brand manufacturer
Apr. 1980 42 Won a prize at the 11th Life Invention Exhibition sponsored by the Nationwide Invention Women's Association ( watering nozzle called "Nozzle Five" )
Sep. 1982 44 Won a Mayor of Kitakyushu Prize at the 13th Life Invention Exhibition ( West Japan ) sponsored by the Nationwide Invention Women's Association ( water-saving shower )
Aug. 1985 47 Won a Gold Prize at the 8th DIY Creative Product Contest ( "polyca-pump" )
