If you have a nozzle with a connector (one-touch connection), and if you have a connector that matches the hose diameter, it is possible to connect a nozzle with a different compatible hose size.
*The nozzle and hose are directly attached to each other so that some types of nozzles are required a connector (sole separately) depending on the type of nozzle.

When water is shut off with a nozzle instead of a faucet, the hose is subjected to water pressure when the water is shut off. This may cause the hose to swell or burst due to the water pressure.

The nozzle screens have different spray widths depending on their sizes.
Please refer it before purchasing.

→The splay shapes of this screen is wilder than the one of the Small Screen and it makes the spray force softer.
■Small Screen
→The spray shapes of this screen is more narrow than the Large Screen and it makes the spray force stronger.

Nozzles and high-pressure washers have different product structures.
Therefore, the Straight water shape from the nozzles cannot provide the same water pressure as a high-pressure washers.

■When water flow is poor for “Shower” or “Joro” water shapes
≪Screen Cleaning Method≫
① Remove the rubber ring (black) at the tip of the spray nozzle and the screen nut (gray).
② Brush the back side of the removed screen with a brush (such as a toothbrush).
*Do not insert objects like needles into the screen holes.

■When water flow is poor for “Straight or Mist” water shape
≪Backflush Cleaning Method≫
① Set the nozzle spray pattern to Straight and ensure the grip is in the water-flow position.
② Directly place the hose over the center of the shower screen and run water to remove any debris inside.

*Some products have different specifications for the nozzle.

The lever part of the nozzle cannot be repaired so that it is not designed to be disassembled.

To prevent freezing damage in winter and protect the product, be sure to turn off the faucet and drain the water from the inside of the product after use.

≪How to drain water≫
After turning off the faucet, set the nozzle to the straight water shape, hold the lever (water flowing through the nozzle), and gently shake the nozzle up and down to drain the water inside the product.
Disconnect the nozzle from the hose to which it is connected to drain the water more firmly.
≪Caution≫
Please note that draining the water does not completely remove the water and does not prevent freezing damage.

Water leakage from the rubber ring (black) at the tip of the nozzle may indicate a loose or detached screen.
If it occurs this symptom, please follow the steps below.

① Loosen the screen nut on the inside of the rubber ring (black) and remove the screen (the part with holes).
*Some models have an integrated screen nut and screen.
② Align the screen with the tabs on the main body and tighten it clockwise to install.

Guidelines to ensure long-term use of your hose reel.
Hose surfaces is affected by the direct sunlight and it becomes sticky.
Therefore, box-type hose reels protect the hose from sunlight, rain, and snow and it helps extending its lifespan.
For open-type hose reels, please store them away from direct sunlight.

Our products are designed for use within a temperature range of ±15°C (5°C to 35°C), with 20°C as the standard ambient temperature.
Please ensure usage occurs within the specified temperature range.

If the tip of the main body nipple breaks off, please try the following steps.

① Pull the entire hose out of the reel.
② Using pliers or similar tools, grip the center and outer part of the main unit nipple.
③ Rotate it 90 degrees counterclockwise and pull out the main unit nipple.
*When performing this work, wear work gloves and take sufficient care to avoid injury.

Before purchasing our hose reel, please verify that the faucet nipple attached the hose reel is compatible with the faucet.

② Cut out the damaged section of the hose using scissors or similar, then reconnect it to the connector.

To prevent freezing damage during winter and ensure long-term use of your hose reel,
we provide instructions for draining water from the hose reel.

≪Draining Instructions≫
Close the faucet and fully extend the hose from the reel body.
Set the nozzle lever to the water flow position and operate the handle to retract the hose.
Please ensure the hose on the side reel is disconnected from the faucet before winding it up.
For the nozzle, set the dial to Straight, then gently shake the lever up and down while in the water flow position to drain the water before storing.

Please understand that draining water does not completely remove all water from inside the hose reel.
Therefore, this method does not completely prevent freezing damage during winter.

If you experience issues such as no water flow after purchasing the hose reel, or if water flow suddenly stops after previous successful use, please try the following steps.

《Troubleshooting Steps》
Please fully extend all hoses inside the main unit, including the connecting hose (including the side reel) that links the faucet to the main unit.
Then, test the water flow to ensure there are no twists or kinks in the hoses.
Performing this step, especially after purchase, can make water flow smoother, so we recommend trying it.
Additionally, hoses tend to stiffen during winter months, so we recommend performing this procedure during the warmer daytime hours.

The angle of this shower head differs from other manufacturers, so when it is used with a shower hook, the position where the water hits may change.
We do not offer any replacement parts or solutions for this.

JSB023BW/JSB024BM may produce resonance noise depending on the usage environment.
This occurs because the design generates bubbles, and water swirls inside the showerhead.
Turning the switch OFF will reduce resonance noise.
